I think that's what it's called. When you start to taper off your run distances before a race. Well, that's what I am doing. Although, I don't think I will taper off more than what I did today. I am confident I can run 5 miles the day before a 5K and still be good to go. The day before the 10k though, that may be another story. I'm not sure though.

So, yeah, I ran 5 today. Just taking it a little easy before Saturday.
